These terms cover your use of this website. They're separate from, and don't replace, any individual booking agreement you sign with us for wedding photography services — the terms of that agreement take priority for your booking.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site for personal, non-commercial purposes: looking at our work, reading the journal, and getting in touch about your wedding. Please don't scrape, copy, or republish the site itself.
Photographs and content
Every photograph, piece of writing and design element on this site is the property of Nine16 Photography unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright. You're welcome to share a link to this site or to individual pages. You may not download, reproduce, or reuse our photographs or written content elsewhere without our written permission.
Enquiries aren't a booking
Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your date is only secured once we've agreed on coverage and, where applicable, you've signed a booking agreement and paid any required deposit.
No guarantee of availability
Information on this site, including package details and pricing, is a general guide and may change. We'll always confirm current details with you directly before you book.
Liability
We've built this site carefully, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, outside of what's covered by a signed booking agreement or Australian Consumer Law.
Other websites
Links on this site to Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party sites take you outside our control. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
